My love for baking started when I was eight years old and began helping my mom in the kitchen baking bread every week for our family.

Close to 20 years ago, my mom and her sister were both diagnosed with celiac disease. Shortly after that, I developed an autoimmune disorder that me with a gluten sensitivity.

That began my journey into exploring gluten-free baking. Many of the commercially prepared products were inedible, so I looked into making my own at home. Over the years products have changed both for commercial bakers, and home bakers. I have spent several years coming up with baked items that I think taste as much like their gluten counterparts as possible.

After some significant life changes, I made the decision to move to Corpus Christi and launch my dream business of baking for the community around me.
